Requirements

- Trilingual speaker with native Spanish, advanced English and one more language will be preferred

- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
Responsibilities
- Handle back office tickets
- Provide 7*24h online enquiry and email reply services to customers
- Handle customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via email or online tools
- Support other business units with customer liaison
- Accurately document customer requests and advice
- Provide feedback in the form of documentation
- Handle customer complaints, special cases or ad hoc tasks
