Customer Service Representative

Summary

This job is for a Customer Service position at Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange platform. The role requires handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approvals in both Polish and English via ticketing system and live chat. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or higher and at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry
• High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous
• A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
• Willing to work under different work shifts, including night shifts
• Positive about the crypto industry
• Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency
• Proficient in both Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Handle back office tickets, and provide 7*24h online enquiry and email reply services to customers
• Handle customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via email or online tools
• Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation
• Handle customer complaints, special cases or ad hoc tasks
