Requirements

• Experience in Customer Support via phone, email, and chat
• Excellent communication skills
• Phenomenal phone skills
• Well-organized and self-driven
• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
• Contact customers through various means such as phone, email, and chat
• Provide assistance to customers and sales agents including but not limited to collecting onboarding documents (insurance policies, supporting documentation) for sale finalization
