Summary

The Customer Service Representative will handle client inquiries, provide product information, and strive to meet personal and team goals while maintaining excellent customer care. Previous experience in customer support or related fields is required, along with strong communication skills, basic computer skills, multitasking abilities, time management skills, active listening skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and other platforms
• Basic computer skills and experience
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
• Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

Responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries and provide product information
• Help customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to solve problems
• Assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
• Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
• Upsell if needed
• Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
