Requirements

• Active CA Property and Casualty License
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
• Knowledge of EPIC or a Similar Agency Management System
• Strong Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day service needs of clients
• Work with Account Executives to support clients with audits, claims, mid-term policy changes, and similar servicing needs
