Summary

Requirements

  • Strong and diplomatic communicator and relationship manager

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales and Executive Team to close deals
  • Lead new customer implementations with the engineering team
  • Develop close relationships with our customer leadership and users
  • Translate goals and projects between engineering and the customer
  • Keep a finger firmly on the pulse of the customer to ensure success and then raise the bar higher for them and for us

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tech, coding, and/or IT background or experience
  • Teaching or coaching experience and skills
  • Project management – formal or informal
