Summary

The job is a Customer Success Associate position at Yodeck, a fast-growing SaaS company in the digital signage industry. The role involves helping customers become more engaged by ensuring they are using the product effectively and keeping them satisfied.

Requirements

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Bonus points if you’re a native speaker
• Excellent communications skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Fast learner and always curious to absorb more knowledge in a fast-growing industry and a fast-paced environment
• Understanding and love for tech products
• Some previous experience in either account management, sales or customer service, preferably in a SaaS environment

Responsibilities

• Help new customers with smooth onboarding
• Make sure customers get familiar with the Yodeck Platform and achieve their initial goals
• Answer general usability, pricing and feature questions via email /tickets/online chat or scheduled calls
• Host regularly scheduled webinars to present new features and answer relevant usability questions
• Collect customer feedback for the product team and management
• Keep proper track and record of all the customer-related activities by using our CRM tool
