Requirements

  • Possess a technical curiosity and excitement about delivering technology solutions that improve work
  • Ability to complete the Sales Engineering Demo Certification
  • Knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in a UCaaS or CCaaS environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice
  • Run product demonstrations, including integrations from the Dialpad App Marketplace
  • Learn the technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments
  • Deliver proactive technical audits of customer Dialpad platforms, identifying configuration gaps and recommending improvements
  • Partner with the CSM team throughout the Customer Experience
  • Address customer questions about existing products and services
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Dialpad’s products and services and communicate this knowledge clearly to non-technical customers
