Summary

The job is for a Customer Success Manager at GrowToro, an all-in-one sales and partnership intelligence platform. The role involves managing email marketing campaigns, client communication, report creation, creative input, leading a small team of VAs, and sales follow-up. Requirements

• Must have Instantly or other cold email software experience!
• Experience in top of funnel & lead generation activities
• Email / Cold Email Copywriting experience
• Experience with optimizing cold email campaigns specifically
• Experience with subject line creation
• Incredible communicator with perfect English
• Quick learner, great at asking questions, and very curious
• Must have some level of experience with email marketing
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and optimize internal and client email marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze email marketing campaigns, understanding key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and responses. Optimize and make key campaign changes based on the data
• Regularly update clients on campaign progress and outcomes
• Generate detailed analytic reports to assess campaign performance
• Devise custom subject lines, opening lines, call-to-action questions, and other creative content to enhance campaign performance
• Lead a small team of VAs and direct overall campaign tasks
• Engage in follow-up activities with leads generated from campaigns
• Be ready to take on a variety of new tasks as needed
