Summary

Remotebase is seeking a Customer Success Manager to provide ongoing support to clients and network with them, contributing to building relationships and implementing new programs that increase revenue potential and minimize churn rates. The role involves working directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they have an active account with the company.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices
  • Communicating with the Talent and preparing them for the client interviews
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates/clients, acting as their main point of contact and proactively address any issues or concerns

Responsibilities

  • Support customers as they transition from sales prospects
  • Build close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order
  • Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Promote value through customer experience
  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

A communications or marketing degree is preferred
