Customer Success Manager, Remote - Pakistan

Summary

The Customer Success Manager will manage the entire customer lifecycle, act as the primary point of contact for Unlayer's clients, and drive initiatives to maximize client value. They should have a technical background, exceptional communication skills, and be able to work between East Coast and Pacific Time hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in a technical customer success or account management role
• Exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
• Customer focused with a passion for ensuring customer success
• Must be able to work between East Coast and Pacific Time hours

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding and growth
• Act as the primary point of contact for Unlayer’s clients and serve as trusted consultant to optimize and expand value delivered through Unlayer products and services
• Meet and engage with customers on a regular basis sharing product updates, handling renewals and answering general questions
• Apply in depth knowledge of the customer’s business, the Unlayer product and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption
• Serve as the voice of the customer to address feedback and share across internal teams, including product and development
• Identify, develop and implement repeatable processes across portfolio of customers to maximize product adoption and achievement of customer’s business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript & SDK a plus
