Summary

The Customer Success Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with the auto loan refinance experience and providing exceptional customer service while diffusing escalation calls from customers. The role requires an Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Marketing, experience in customer service, telemarketing, quality assurance, or inside sales, fluency in Spanish, strong communication skills, detail-orientation, technical proficiency, high level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity. Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Marketing is required
  • Experience in customer service, telemarketing, quality assurance, or inside sales is helpful
  • Must be computer efficient, working between multiples systems and monitors simultaneously
