Summary

Join The Savings Group as a Customer Success Representative to ensure customer satisfaction with auto loan refinance experience. This is a 100% remote position requiring an Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Marketing. Hours are from 10am-7pm MST, one Saturday a month from 8-5 MST.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Marketing is required
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, quality assurance, or inside sales helpful

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction with the auto loan refinance experience
• Provide exceptional customer service while diffusing escalation calls from customers
