Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, client relations, or a similar role in the real estate industry
  • Extremely organized with expertise in email and calendar management best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to the needs of real estate clients
  • Ability to know when to reach out for help versus when to take initiative and provide proposed solutions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss), Google Workspace, Asana, Sisu, and Showing Time

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with real estate clients through personalized messages, calls, and emails to ensure their needs are met and relationships remain strong
  • Database Management: Organize and update client information in the CRM system (e.g., Follow Up Boss), ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation for personalized outreach within the real estate industry
  • Follow-Up Initiatives: Implement consistent follow-up strategies, including sending birthday cards, arranging client gifts, and acknowledging special occasions to keep our real estate services top-of-mind
  • Client Retention: Serve as the primary contact for past real estate clients, fostering loyalty, encouraging repeat business, and generating referrals
  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the real estate sales team by providing client insights and assisting with preparations for client meetings and property showings
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing client appreciation events and community gatherings to strengthen client relationships and enhance our brand presence in the real estate community
