Summary

The job is for a Customer Support Mod Contractor who will work from home providing phone support to top-tier clients. The contractor should have professional English proficiency, Spanish as a second language, good de-escalation skills, and previous phone experience (preferred). The workspace requirements include a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above, quality headset, quiet workspace to take calls, willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone.

Answering inbound calls, returning voicemails, and handling online complaints regarding temporary vacation lodging while following queue-specific scripts
