Requirements

• Must have 9+ months of experience in Grindr Customer Support
• Excellent English reading comprehension and written skills
• Consistent top performer scores in QA and daily/weekly metrics

Responsibilities

• Deliver a higher level of customer support for Grindr users
• Support and assist associates with questions around tickets, processes, and policies established within the campaign specializations
