Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies and tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot)
  • Understanding of webhooks and API integrations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot
  • Work closely with analytics teams to generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Optimize and help create marketing automation workflows using HubSpot
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define retargeting goals, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with overall marketing objectives
  • Continuously monitor retargeting campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Execute comprehensive retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and previous customers across digital channels, including display ads, social media platforms, email marketing, and search engine marketing
  • Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive website traffic
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
  • Understand and map out the customer journey to create personalized marketing experiences
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and personalized messaging tailored to specific audience segments
  • Take part in project management for all marketing activities using Monday.com and JIRA
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support integrated marketing efforts
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and data analysis
