Summary

AffiniPay is seeking an Onboarding Implementation Specialist for their CASEpeer product. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and collaborating with internal teams. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, project management experience, outstanding time management skills, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, case management or legal experience preferred, and familiarity with business to business (B2B) environments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients, primarily through email, phone, Zoom, and work closely with our internal Sales, Client Success and Development teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Enhance our client’ s data migration experience by completing data reviews and maintaining an open line of communication
• Collaborate with the Data Implementation team to gather and analyze client data
• Execute assigned tasks while working with Data Engineers and reporting to our Data Implementation Manager
• Advocate for the client while capturing their feedback to pass on to management

Preferred Qualifications

• Case management or legal experience
• Familiarity with business to business (B2B) environments
