Deal Desk Analyst

Summary

Join Securly, a leader in K-12 student safety and wellness solutions, as a temporary Deal Desk Associate! This remote U.S.-based role supports the Sales team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotes, contracts, and purchase orders. You will follow established procedures, reviewing documents, updating Salesforce, and routing approvals. Collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve minor issues is also part of the role. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. No strategic decision-making is involved.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales support, deal desk, or administrative roles (SaaS experience preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and quoting tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow defined processes and meet deadlines
• Clear written communication skills and comfort working in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
• Follow standard procedures to ensure deals meet internal requirements
• Enter and update deal information in Salesforce
• Route documents for approvals using existing workflows
• Work with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve basic issues or missing information
• Support end-of-month and end-of-quarter deal processing as needed
