Requirements

  • 5+ years demonstrated ability in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, sales leadership, or relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with sales deal structures, contract negotiations, approval processes, pricing strategy, compliance management

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative structures and coordinate approvals for complex deals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to develop pricing strategies and discounting guidelines
  • Review and approve sales proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company policies
  • Conduct deal reviews to assess risk, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations for deal structure and pricing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams regarding deal-related discount and working capital questions and escalations
  • Develop and manage reports to analyze deal performance and provide insights to drive improvements in pricing, terms, and negotiation strategies
  • Develop and maintain deal management tools, templates, and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Serve as a thought leader within the sales organization, bringing industry best practices to the conversation and acting as a force multiplier to advance our results globally
