Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in creative delivery, project management, or a similar role within a marketing or advertising environment
  • Strong understanding of digital media, trafficking and creative specifications, best practices and standard processes
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for detail-oriented work
  • Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Be located in the United States
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Be willing to travel a minimum of two times per year for team events

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the trafficking of creative assets to ensure timely and accurate placement in various media channels, coordinating closely with media buying teams and external partners
  • Identify and communicate the technical specifications required for all creative deliveries, ensuring assets are accurately formatted, optimized and tracked for each channel
  • Work across media and creative teams to understand campaign requirements, timelines, and objectives, ensuring a seamless transition from creative development to public engagement
  • Continuously seek to improve the creative delivery process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Director on marketing initiatives and project workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the nonprofit or education sector
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing strategies and multi-market campaigns
  • Cross-team collaboration experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving shared goals
