Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM tools, like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential healthcare organizations and key decision-makers within targeted markets
- Qualify leads by identifying their needs and determining their fit for Nimble’s solutions suite
- Utilize a consultative approach to assess customer needs and challenges
- Utilize inbound and outbound strategies, including email, phone outreach, and social selling
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with prospective clients and set up qualified meetings for the sales team
- Accurately maintain and update lead and prospect information into Nimble’s CRM system, ensuring data is current and comprehensive
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs, including the number of calls made, leads generated, meetings set, and revenue pipeline created
- Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies, assist in preparing for meetings, and ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to full sales engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field
