Join Veracode, a multi-award-winning leader in Application Risk Management, as their Director, Global Demand Generation! This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs to drive brand awareness and revenue. You will manage a team, focusing on strategy and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and extensive B2B integrated marketing experience. Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing with at least 5 years focused on demand generation, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue, meeting or exceeding expectations
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, buyer personas and purchasing processes
- Solid understanding and experience across marketing channels & programs including paid media, search, social, email, nurture/drip, web, webinars, gifting, chat, events, PR, AR, and more
- Experience leveraging account-based methodologies and buyer journeys
- Experience with marketing automation platform, Marketo and CRM systems
- Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to confidently communicate insights at the tactic, channel, program, team, and corporate level
- Positive, problem-solving, growth mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives and marketing priorities into effective marketing program goals and manage end-to-end execution across multiple channels
- Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns, specifically targeted to cybersecurity buyers and influencers
- Leverage product positioning, market research and analysis, including persona research and intent data, to align key messages and creative with optimal marketing channels at the right buying stage
- Develop compelling content and messaging that addresses the unique pain points and concerns of Veracode Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Manage the marketing funnel from awareness, through qualification, optimizing conversion rates at each stage
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external resources to create detailed project plans, enablement, timelines, and budgets for each initiative
- Leverage data-driven insights to communicate performance, uncover opportunities, and recommend optimizations
- Plan and execute digital programs including webinars, virtual events and industry conferences
- Drive strategies for continuous testing and improvement
- Stay in close alignment and communication with sales leaders, regional marketing leaders, product marketing, content writers, enablement, marketing operations, and more
- Work closely with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality scoring, and handoff processes
- Improve operational processes and streamline campaign and program production
