- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics
- Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and best practices
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Experience working with global teams across multiple locations and cultures
- An eye for design and brand guardianship
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: You will own end-to-end demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives with partners. This role requires hands-on content creation. You'll take personal ownership of repurposing pillar content into diverse formats, creating multiple touchpoints from single pieces to extract maximum campaign value. You'll collaborate closely with content & product marketing, partner marketing, and sales teams to ensure campaign messaging resonates with our target accounts and drives qualified opportunities
- Customer Journey Optimization: You will develop and execute sophisticated customer lifecycle marketing programs that nurture prospects from awareness through consideration and purchase. You'll create personalized customer experiences across different segments and buying stages, leveraging customer insights to optimize touchpoints throughout the journey. You'll also build targeted expansion campaigns to drive growth and usage within our existing customer base
- SDR Collaboration & Cadence Optimization: Working closely with the SDR team, you'll create and continuously optimize cadences for event follow-ups, content engagement sequences, and other touchpoint opportunities to maximize conversion rates
- Customer Marketing & Advocacy: You will create programs that showcase customer success stories and work closely with our customer success team to identify advocacy opportunities. You'll also coordinate customer speaking opportunities at industry events and our Spatial Data Science Conference
