
Demand Generation Manager

Summary
Join Vidyard as a Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Partnerships teams to ensure alignment with business priorities. This role requires a data-driven marketer comfortable using AI tools. The position is remote, open to candidates in Canada and the US. You will own campaign strategy and rollout across various channels, develop account-based marketing strategies, and monitor campaign performance using tools like Salesforce and Marketo. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scaling impact through innovation and optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with a proven track record of building pipeline and driving revenue through integrated campaigns
- Deep knowledge of lead generation, ABM, funnel metrics, and pipeline acceleration strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo experience required) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across departments

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and rollout of integrated campaigns across paid media, email, social, and more to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and Partnerships to ensure demand gen programs are aligned with business priorities and deliver on business outcomes
- Craft clear, effective written copy across emails, landing pages, and ad copy, aligned with our product messaging and brand voice
- Develop and scale account-based marketing strategies in close partnership with Sales to engage priority accounts and accelerate key opportunities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, field events, and co-marketed partner programs
- Co-create and launch campaigns with strategic partners including joint webinars, whitepapers, and co-branded landing pages to drive pipeline
- Build and refine automated nurture tracks to move leads efficiently through the funnel and ensure smooth MQL-to-SQL handoff, partnering with the XDR team
- Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution using tools like Salesforce and Marketo. Apply insights to continuously test, refine, and scale programs
- Keep current on marketing trends and AI-powered technologies to innovate and improve marketing effectiveness
