Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing required
  • Previous experience managing campaigns and segmenting data utilizing marketing automation tools
  • Prior experience building strong ICPs and programs for targeted accounts
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and the ability to manage complex projects with precision
  • Ability to work effectively across teams, bringing people together to achieve shared goals

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand teams, and sales to develop and implement targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, advertising, webinars and events)
  • Build and optimize automated lead generation nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel
  • Monitor, analyze and report campaign and content performance, measuring effectiveness and using insights to refine efforts and maximize pipeline impact
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the North American, International sales teams and distributors to ensure alignment on lead quality, quantity, and adapt campaigns to meet the unique needs of different regions
  • Contribute to ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as needed to support broader team objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Radiation Oncology experience
  • HubSpot is strongly preferred. Experience in Marketo or Pardot will also be accepted
  • EST / CST Time Zone preferred
