Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ABM tools (6Sense) is a must
  • You can do demand generation in your sleep and have a strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing principles, lead generation funnels, and pipeline management
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with sales and business development teams to ensure there is strong marketing/sales/alliances alignment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue targets across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, content syndication, webinars, and events
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing), inbound, and outbound strategies
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Design and optimize lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and segmentation to improve MQL (Marketing-Qualified Lead) conversion rates
  • Partner with sales, content, product marketing, and other stakeholders to align messaging, goals, and resources for maximum impact
  • Continuously test and refine campaign elements (e.g., ad copy, CTAs, landing pages) to enhance ROI and achieve growth objectives
  • Oversee demand generation budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Leverage marketing technologies and tools to automate processes, track performance, and drive insights for decision-making
  • Generate the sales pipeline through multi-channel demand generation campaigns including building an ongoing digital strategy, planning and designing supporting content, and working with the MarTech manager to build out campaigns in a marketing automation platform
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing), inbound, and outbound strategies
  • Develop action plans to improve and refine demand gen programs through monthly reports, testing, refinement and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development and Partner Marketing to leverage partner funding to drive lead generation and measure and communicate program results, with a strong understanding of the lead funnel and lead acquisition, and conversion metrics
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Development Team to optimize lead management, nurture and qualification processes
  • Design and optimize lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and segmentation to improve conversion rates
  • Recommend, develop and lead the execution of a digital marketing strategy in line with business growth and customer acquisition objectives (directly or in collaboration with an agency)
  • Serve as the point of contact for external vendors and agencies hired for digital marketing strategies, programs or projects
  • Meticulously report on metrics with an eye to always refining approaches to maximize successful results
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to create and execute digital marketing programs in line with overarching marketing programs, campaigns and content to drive a higher level of mindshare and resulting marketing qualified leads
  • Develop the appropriate strategy to improve digital ads and organic search ranking for keywords and phrases that will drive our online presence towards a stronger lead generation source
  • Be connected with the community, media, and social channels that can extend the brand reach
  • Expert in reporting on demand generation, digital attribution, and sales enablement
  • Comfortable reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis; the overall impact marketing is having on the organization as a whole
  • Passionate about marketing data and understanding how to ensure clean, management data lives both in the CRM and Marketing automation systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) is a plus
  • You wrote the book in digital marketing strategies and best practices
