Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful email marketing and demand generation campaigns
• Experience running and managing ABM strategies and automated outreach campaigns
• Proficiency in marketing digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that engage and convert
• Spearhead impactful demand campaigns across multiple channels
• Partner with Business Development Representative (BDR) sales teams to design and run outbound sales programs
• Implement and manage ABM campaigns, utilizing personalized content and strategies to engage high-value accounts
• Leverage marketing automation tools to create and execute automated outreach campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
