Summary

Join Fieldguide, a remote-first company in San Francisco, as a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead multi-channel marketing efforts and drive pipeline growth for our cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG automation software. You'll develop digital marketing strategies, optimize inbound campaigns, manage SEO and SEM, design lead nurturing programs, and leverage marketing automation tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years focused specifically on Demand Generation
  • Experience with Marketing tools such as Hubspot, 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus or similar

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, social media, third-party partners, and industry-specific channels
  • Manage and continuously improve our inbound marketing efforts, enhancing website conversion paths, optimizing lead capture forms, and refining content offers to increase the quality and quantity of inbound pipeline
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to our vertical SaaS offering, focusing on driving qualified pipeline and increasing market penetration
  • Manage our search engine optimization and marketing efforts, improving our organic search rankings for industry-specific keywords and running targeted paid search campaigns to capture high-intent prospects
  • Design and execute lead nurturing programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel, implementing effective qualification processes to ensure high-quality pipeline is passed to the sales team
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize our demand generation processes, creating personalized customer journeys and improving overall marketing efficiency
  • Establish robust analytics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously refine our demand generation strategies
