Responsibilities

  • Oversee and steward the Woolf University brand and voice
  • Lead and mentor a small but growing marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity, clarity, and excellence
  • Navigate Woolf’s b2b and b2c audience (compare to Klarna.com/us/ for b2c and b2b)
  • Build our profile as an innovative, high-quality university which b2b and b2c customers respect and want to join
  • Create and execute a data-driven B2B marketing strategy focused on demand generation, lead acquisition, and campaign optimization
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, social media, email, and display), using tools like Salesforce for tracking and analysis
  • Work closely with the sales team and a graphic designer to create effective sales enablement materials and collaborate on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that target high-value customers
  • Oversee A/B testing, user segmentation, and the optimization of all campaigns to enhance audience engagement and conversion

Benefits

  • Annual Compensation: US$ 60,000 to US$ 100,000 (based on skills and experience)
