Summary

The job description is for a 100% remote Dental Hygiene Scheduler position in a dental solutions company based in Argentina, Brazil, or El Salvador. The role involves scheduling dental hygiene appointments and requires sales experience, outbound call center experience (preferred), dental office experience (preferred), energy and empathy, accuracy and organization, typing skills of 55+ WPM, ability to work well with others, high level of integrity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to secure confidential information and comply with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to dental patients from practices across the US and schedule their next dental hygiene appointment
• Demonstrate empathy while answering patient questions and concerns
• Offer the importance of scheduling and attending their appointment
• Overcome objections the patients may have with scheduling
• Represent dental offices in a friendly and professional manner
• Learn and navigate multiple software systems
• Manage difficult situations and establish solutions
• Offer a positive mindset with team members, patients, and customers
• Be dependable, on time, and dedicated to patients’ and other team members’ needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience is a plus
• Dental office experience is a plus
