Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads and paid media campaigns
  • Proven success in managing six-figure+ ad budgets with measurable ROI improvements
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and audience retargeting strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments in real time
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization
  • Must provide a proven portfolio of companies and campaigns managed over the past 5+ years with performance data showcasing results
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize search, display, remarketing, and shopping campaigns for efficiency and growth
  • Strategize and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ads to drive engagement and conversions
  • Allocate and manage ad spend across platforms to achieve the highest ROAS
  • Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Provide data-driven insights using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other performance tracking tools
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors' ad strategies, and implement best practices
  • Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking codes for accurate attribution
