Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive/ Business Development Leader or in a similar role
• Self-starter that knows creative ways to start and build new relationships
• Demonstrated success in securing new clients and meeting revenue targets
• Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with C-Suite executives
• Proven track record of developing pursuit plans and coordinating proposal opportunities
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• Needs Assessment and Solution Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and pain points of clients
• Solution Presentation and Selling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the company's products or services
• Pursuit Planning and Proposal Coordination: Develop comprehensive pursuit plans for key opportunities
• Negotiation and Closure: Assist in the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and ensuring a win-win outcome
