Summary

Baesman Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to grow their Customer Engagement and Strategy services. The role requires client acquisition, relationship building, needs assessment, solution presentation, pursuit planning, proposal coordination, negotiation, and closure. The ideal candidate has prior agency sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive/ Business Development Leader or in a similar role
  • Self-starter that knows creative ways to start and build new relationships
  • Demonstrated success in securing new clients and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with C-Suite executives
  • Proven track record of developing pursuit plans and coordinating proposal opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
