Requirements

• 10+ years managing software engineering departments/teams
• Experience in customer support desk roles and/or organizations
• Customer engagement experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of delivering within time and budget constraints
• Proven leadership experience in engineering, preferably within the security domain
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
• Passion for empowering and developing engineering talent
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow our engineering team
• Strategically guide the team's direction, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Hire, develop, and manage a diverse team of engineers
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Collaborate closely with product, design, customer success, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction

Experience in the security domain is preferred but not mandatory
