Summary
Join Bazaarvoice as an Enterprise Retail Sales professional to manage a multi-million dollar book of business, sell and renew high-ROI SaaS solutions, and act as an account manager. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience in Retail Sales, SaaS sales, or Internet marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years relative experience in Retail Sales, SaaS sales, or Internet marketing
- A background in successfully managing a portfolio of Enterprise Retailers and consistently exceeding Revenue targets
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Ability to strategically approach a sales cycle through analysis, creativity, teamwork, and leadership
- Ability to generate, qualify, and execute on opportunities in order to exceed revenue targets
- Effectively create and articulate ROI in the negotiation process to bring the upmost value to both our customers, the consumers they serve, and Bazaarvoice
- Demonstrated passion and energy, both externally with the customers and internally with cross-functional teams
- Ability to build and manage an effective pipeline and communicate proactively with leadership throughout each phase of the sales process
- A strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors in our space
Responsibilities
- Selling and renewing high-ROI SaaS solutions with poise, personality, and confidence
- Demonstrating and defending the value proposition of Bazaarvoice products and services
- Operating as a true business owner within a team structure
- Acting as a true Account Manager overseeing almost all aspects of the clientβs business
- Driving conversational discovery dialogue with customers to reveal underlying pain-points and understand their unique needs and requirements
