Summary

Join Scale to Win as the Director of Non-Profit Sales and lead our growing non-profit sales practice, developing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of relevant experience in sales leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a software or technology company
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal presentation and writing skills
  • Deep understanding of non-profit organizations, their funding models, and operational challenges
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with senior executives
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales plans and initiatives
  • Experience using CRM software (we use Hubspot) and other sales tools to manage pipeline and drive sales efficiency
  • Experience preparing sales forecasts for senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring new non-profit clients and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Develop significant outbound sales pipeline in this brand new non-profit market
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within non-profit organizations
  • Define and implement long term staffing plan to ultimately build a non-profit sales team
  • Define and implement the overall Scale to Win Non-Profit competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align our non-profit sales strategies with overall company objectives
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to senior management
