Requirements
- Four-year college degree OR High school Diploma with work related experience
- Exceptional internet and research skills
- 3 years' Market Research sales experience
- Ability to identify potential clients by thinking creatively
- Aggressive and disciplined in finding lists and methods to reach contacts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Productive and organized
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to be self-motivated and driven to reach goals to succeed
- Demonstrated skills and proactively identifying and solving problems
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with your own current relationships and potential leads to turn into clients and ensure future sales to support company goals with best-in-class services for profitability
- Participate in united sales and marketing efforts focusing on the most profitable methodologies for new products and developments within Luth to reach shared goals that support maximum sales delivering timely quality insights to clients at a profit
- Draft a personal plan and provide ongoing report measurements for success and productivity to execute sales goals that deliver quality timely profitable projects
- Research, identify and sell to prospects using sales engagement platforms, industry publications, related materials and LinkedIn to reach specified contacts daily to maintain sales opportunities that achieve personal goals
- Engage with consultants, teams and outside training to refine sales techniques and tactics and success measures for maximum client interaction driving sales and sales referrals
- Practice strong interpersonal outgoing habits and skills to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
- Familiarize and propagate the company's vision and mission to accomplish set company goals and objectives
- Any other tasks and projects as assigned by management
- Commitment: Dedicated to the goals of the company while promoting a positive culture to ensure good relationships, overall satisfaction and profitability
- Accessibility: Must be able to access and function within areas key to productivity. Adequate manual dexterity to operate assigned and shared office equipment. Ability to work extended hours when necessary
- Communications: Must speak clearly and fluently to communicate on a wide range of topics. Above average reading comprehension, and grammatically correct written communication skills. Must have the ability to understand and respond intelligently to business correspondence. Response to pressure should be calm and reasonable
- Technical: Must demonstrate a high proficiency in understanding and working with basic software and computer skills, to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with prospecting software a plus
- Judgment: Comprehension of job requirements and procedures. Can initiate and perform work assignments under minimal supervision that may be broad, varied, and complex in nature. Employee must have the ability to use educated and intuitive judgment to make decisions
- Flexibility: Must be able to work in a shifting environment with ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate
