Join Mary's Meals International as the Director of Brand & Marketing, leading the global brand and marketing strategy. You will develop and deliver an annual global donor engagement and growth strategy, hold responsibility for global brand development, oversee marketing campaigns, and drive innovation. Provide strategic direction and leadership to your teams. Success requires a strong background in leadership within brand and marketing, a proven track record of driving brand equity and organizational growth, and a strong understanding of donor experience. This is an opportunity to play a part in changing the story for children in some of the worldโs poorest countries. The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
Requirements
- With a strong background in leadership within brand and marketing, you will bring a proven track record of driving brand equity and organisational growth
- Success in developing and executing innovative global marketing strategies, as well as tailoring campaigns for international markets, is essential
- A strong understanding of donor experience will be key, along with the ability to leverage and implement relevant marketing technologies to support growth
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an annual global donor engagement and growth strategy, that connects with the Maryโs Meals family, inspires new audiences and grows our global movement
- Hold responsibility for global brand development and integrity, ensuring the Maryโs Meals brand remains relevant, inspiring and unique
- Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns fit for multiple channels
- Actively seek out external trends and drive innovation at Maryโs Meals, ensuring we have the right data insight, marketing technology and channels available to support growth
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to your teams, promoting a culture of accountability, engagement and empowerment
- Work as a strategic partner, as part of the Growth Senior Leadership Team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within an international non-profit organisation would be beneficial but not essential
