Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales development experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound business development motions
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM management
  • Excellence in early-stage selling and solution positioning
  • Track record of successful collaboration with Marketing teams
  • Experience in technology/SaaS sales development
  • Demonstrated success in multi-channel outreach campaign design

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
  • Serve as the critical bridge between Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful pipeline conversion
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation and close rates from both marketing and SDR-generated opportunities
  • Implement and maintain rigorous sales hygiene standards and processes
  • Drive the execution of our Allbound business development strategy in partnership with VP Marketing
  • Oversee early-stage selling and positioning of Talon.One solutions
  • Design and execute innovative multi-channel outreach strategies including: Digital campaigns, Email sequences, Cold calling programs, Event-based initiatives, Custom marketing tactics
  • Manage targeted outreach to accounts matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Coordinate with Marketing to leverage insights and use cases for tiered account targeting
  • Optimize inbound lead management processes and ensure excellent first impressions for prospective customers
  • Develop and track key performance metrics for the SDR team
  • Serve as the public face and leader of the SDR organization, setting performance standards and culture
