Requirements

  • Exceptional problem solving and collaboration skills, with an appreciation of the need to operationalize and implement best practices, solve problems and deliver on commitments
  • An ability to develop collaborative, cross-functional relationships and work in a matrixed organization
  • A unique balance of understanding strategy, program management with a firm understanding of innovation engagement framework. Ability to work through complex situations in a matrixed environment
  • 15+ years experience in program management for software or high-tech industry
  • Must be highly organized, results driven and have executive presence

Responsibilities

  • Effectively track and report progress on various innovation engagements in flight. This includes having detailed clarity on the stage of the engagement, achievements, risks, issues requiring urgent resolution, following up on action items, etc
  • Maintain and report on ASP and partner funnel in consideration for innovation engagement
  • Oversee cost management of the CINO unit - i.e. track cost against budget allocation
  • Own and lead all reporting activities to the Transformation Office - i.e., update milestone progress against all CINO initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and foster cooperation, coordination and communication across the organization
  • Prepare executive level presentations for internal meetings to reflect status of the program
  • Flexibility in approach of working styles to bridge between functions, Ericsson and Vonage and across time zones. Continually and proactively assess the process and include feedback from key stakeholders to optimize
