Summary
Join Komodo Health as the Director of Enablement Role Excellence and lead the development and execution of a scalable enablement strategy impacting the global go-to-market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Enablement, you will align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams. You will design and implement role excellence programs, providing tools, training, and processes. Key responsibilities include creating competency maps, developing learning paths, building rapport with leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Success will be measured by established KPIs and data-driven decision-making. This role requires extensive experience in GTM or sales enablement within high-growth companies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM or sales enablement, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Proven track record of designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity and revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions, including enterprise sales, partner-led strategies, and customer expansion models
- Experience implementing and driving adoption of sales tools and methodologies, including Salesforce.com
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leadership
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and metrics-driven program assessment
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for navigating ambiguity
- Passion for coaching and empowering teams to excel, with deep empathy for customer-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across GTM teams to ensure enablement content and programs align with organizational goals
- Track and report enablement program success, iterating strategies based on feedback and performance data
- Partner with leadership to implement structured onboarding, skill development, and manager training programs
- Oversee enablement content creation and distribution, ensuring resources support sales, retention, and customer engagement goals
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure consistent execution of GTM motions, processes, and messaging
- Develop and execute a global role enablement strategy across our GTM organization aligned with the goals and revenue objectives of our GTM strategy
- Collaborate with senior GTM leadership to identify and prioritize enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment across functional teams
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of tools, processes, and methodologies
- Build and maintain a structured role competency roadmap with clear goals, milestones, and success metrics
- Create structured, role-based everboarding plans, including defined performance milestones
- Design and implement first-line manager development programs to enhance coaching and leadership capabilities
- Develop sales and customer retention playbooks tailored by role and stage in the customer lifecycle
- Partner with GTM leadership and Product Marketing to develop and deliver training programs focused on role mastery
- Create and manage high-impact sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, value propositions, and competitive differentiation, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Oversee the curation and maintenance of enablement content, keeping resources up-to-date and easily accessible
- Map sales processes to customer buying journeys, identifying opportunities to increase conversion rates and reduce sales cycles
- Partner with Revenue Operations to establish metrics and reporting frameworks for tracking GTM team productivity and enablement program ROI
- Regularly analyze performance data to identify gaps and refine enablement strategies
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams, ensuring alignment of enablement initiatives with organizational goals
- Foster collaboration between GTM teams to standardize best practices and ensure consistent execution of enablement programs
- Collaborate with GTM and Revenue Enablement functions on the planning and execution of key GTM events, including sales meetings and revenue kickoff sessions, ensuring alignment and engagement across all customer-facing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer success, or partner-facing roles, with a strong understanding of their unique challenges and needs
- Knowledge of data, and cloud technologies, and how it applies to the life sciences space
- Expertise in change management and fostering organizational adoption of new tools and processes
