You will be responsible for securing new clients and presenting Papa's solutions to address their critical challenges. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this hunter-style position demands a proven track record in HealthTech or healthcare sales, specifically within Medicare Advantage. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- Proven track record of 7-10 years in HealthTech or healthcare sales, with a focus on Medicare Advantage
- Bring strong existing relationships—and the ability to build new ones—with key decision-makers in Payer Product, Quality, and Clinical roles (e.g., SVP of Government Programs, VP of Medicare, VP of Quality, Chief Medical Officer)
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare IT, compliance, and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage with healthcare providers and relevant stakeholders to understand their specific needs and challenges
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Papa’s services to prospective clients, demonstrating how our technology can improve their operations, patient outcomes, and overall healthcare experience
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales cycle management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate closely with our product development, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with client needs and expectations
