Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing (ABM, paid media, content, email, in-product, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset—proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of PLG, SLG, and full-funnel marketing strategies
- Experience working closely with sales teams, driving alignment between marketing and revenue goals
- Hands-on experience with MarTech systems like HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and more
- Leadership experience in building, managing, and mentoring a growth marketing team
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies (paid, organic, ABM, web, and lifecycle) that drive a predictable pipeline and revenue
- Increase conversion rates across the funnel, optimizing website experiences, landing pages, and nurture flows
- Scale performance marketing programs to drive high-quality lead acquisition while improving CAC and ROI
- Implement marketing automation and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and expansion
- Align marketing with sales and revenue teams to accelerate deal velocity and maximize marketing’s impact on revenue
- Develop a scalable reporting and analytics framework to measure performance and continuously optimize growth efforts
- Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a customer-obsessed, results-driven, and relentlessly innovative culture
