Summary

Join Smartcat, a Series C company experiencing 130% year-over-year growth, as their Director of Global Growth Marketing. You will lead demand generation, acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives across the entire customer journey, leveraging AI tools to personalize and automate growth at scale. This role requires building and scaling AI-powered multi-channel demand generation strategies, designing and optimizing the full-funnel customer journey, and building a performance engine to continuously improve key metrics. You will also lead a high-performing team of growth marketers, aligning marketing with sales and revenue teams to maximize impact. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of experience in growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, a proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue, and expertise in multi-channel marketing. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • AI-driven mindset with experience driving growth and scaling efficiencies with automated and agent workflows
  • Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing (ABM, paid media, SEO, email, web, in-product, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset—proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance optimization
  • Deep understanding of PLG, SLG, and full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Experience working closely with sales teams, driving alignment between marketing and revenue goals
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech systems like HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, etc and AI Tools such as webflow, n8n, Zapier, and more
  • Leadership experience in building, managing, and mentoring a growth marketing team

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale AI-powered multi-channel demand generation strategies (paid, organic, ABM, web, and lifecycle) that drive a predictable pipeline and revenue
  • Design and optimize the full-funnel journey—from first click to closed deal—using advanced analytics, experimentation, and automation
  • Build a performance engine that continuously improves CAC, LTV, velocity, and conversion rates through real-time insights and rapid testing
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Clay, Mutiny, ChatGPT, Clearbit) to accelerate campaign execution, personalization, and segmentation at scale
  • Implement marketing automation and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and expansion
  • Align marketing with sales and revenue teams to accelerate deal velocity and maximize marketing’s impact on revenue
  • Establish a rigorous reporting framework with dashboards, benchmarks, and alerts that provide full visibility into marketing performance
  • Lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing team of growth marketers and channel owners who are as customer-obsessed, results-driven, and AI-savvy as you are
  • Immerse yourself in Smartcat’s AI-native platform, ICP, funnel structure, and current performance benchmarks
  • Align with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams on revenue goals, ICP segmentation, and pipeline challenges
  • Conduct a full-funnel audit of our current demand programs, martech stack, attribution models, and campaign workflows
  • Establish early wins—quick impact adjustments to increase conversions or improve paid media performance
  • Deliver a clear growth roadmap prioritizing full-funnel optimization, channel expansion, and campaign experimentation
  • Launch your first wave of AI-enhanced workflows and channel tests to accelerate learnings
  • Implement dashboards that provide real-time insights into pipeline health, CAC, and conversion performance
  • Roll out first major demand generation campaigns, including ABM, paid media expansion, and improved lead nurturing workflows
  • Operationalize continuous testing frameworks across email, paid, and website
  • Establish a rhythm of reporting, retros, and experimentation that drives month-over-month efficiency gains and compounding growth
