Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing
  • Technical prowess in managing and optimizing websites
  • Strong background in demand generation
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Expertise in email marketing strategy, execution, and performance analysis
  • Solid understanding of marketing operations
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing annual budgets

Responsibilities

  • Oversee website strategy, focusing on SEO, page optimization, and user experience to maximize visitor engagement and conversion rates
  • Analyze website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance visitor flow and reduce bounce rates
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the website is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for lead generation
  • Lead demand generation efforts across social media, advertising, and paid media channels to drive high-quality leads and accelerate sales cycles
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate demand
  • Optimize ad spend and continually test new strategies to improve ROI
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions
  • Oversee segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to optimize email campaigns and increase engagement
  • Partner with the revenue operations team to streamline marketing operations and ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies and tools that support growth initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and processes, ensuring alignment with revenue goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and high performance
  • Set clear goals and OKRs for the team, regularly assessing performance and providing actionable feedback
