Summary
Join Garner, a rapidly growing healthcare company, as their Director of GTM Enablement. You will lead sales training and enablement initiatives, ensuring sales and account management teams have the resources to drive revenue and customer success. This role reports to the VP of Commercial Operations and involves developing and managing training programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking key performance indicators. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or similar GTM enablement / training function at a large organization OR 5+ years related experience in management consulting
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role with a track record of success
- Knowledge of B2B Sales
- Bachelors degree
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams designed to minimize harmful disruption while driving the organizations forward
- Develop change management, rollout, training, and certification / QA programs for new initiatives including product launches, new tool introduction, and other strategic priorities
- Manage onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams end-to-end including pre-recorded content, live education sessions, and live certification
- Collaborate with Sales / Account Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on the design and rollout of training programs related to messaging, workflows, and tools
- Manage content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories
- Define and track KPIs related to the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives such as rep ramp time and individual win rates in the context of the broader business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health insurance
- Masters or other advanced degrees
- Willingness to dive in and solve problems in ambiguous or murky situations with a focus on simplification and clarity
