Join Included Health as the Director, Go-To-Market Enablement and develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy. Lead the GTM Enablement team, defining priorities and strategies while collaborating with cross-functional partners. You will have end-to-end accountability for enabling teams across various topics, including product knowledge and role-specific skills. Oversee systems and programs, including onboarding and ongoing training, external professional development, and knowledge management. Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and demonstrate their impact on business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with experience in GTM Enablement, Talent Development, and Training Program Management.
Requirements
- 8β10 years of experience in GTM Enablement, Talent Development, and Training Program Management
- Ability to think strategically and lead a team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with the ability to inspire, coach, and empower team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Ability to drive progress and achieve results in ambiguous situations
- Respected as a leader to help organize cross-functional teams and define a path forward amongst ambiguity
- Proven ability to move quickly from strategy to execution, driving initiatives forward in a matrixed environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, making informed decisions, and proactively identifying and addressing enablement needs to maximize impact
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of enablement programs, and recommend enablement interventions to address opportunities
- Deep understanding of the industry landscape and go-to-market functions to ensure enablement programs are highly relevant, impactful, and credible for the audience and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall enablement strategy, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure go-to-market teams are equipped for success
- Design and implement enhanced onboarding, role-specific training, and ongoing learning programs covering a broad range of topics, including product knowledge, tactical execution, and operational updates
- Establish scalable knowledge-sharing practices, certifications, and applied learning programs to reinforce skills and ensure teams can effectively translate learning into action and business results
- Collaborate with leadership stakeholders and cross-functional enablement subject-matter experts and partners to align enablement initiatives with business priorities, co-develop and deliver relevant and impactful enablement content and programming, and continuously look for opportunities to improve
- Ensure relevance and timeliness of enablement by synthesizing and communicating complex information in a clear and actionable manner, tailored to different audiences. This includes cadences to socialize enablement materials with cross-functional teams for input through the development, and up to leadership for visibility and sign-off through a well-organized and predictable process
- Utilize a data-driven approach to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and demonstrate their impact on business outcomes. Apply a continuous improvement mindset to consistently evolve enablement practices based on results and diverse perspectives gathered from stakeholders, cross-functional partners and audiences
