Summary

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related B2B SaaS roles
  • Expertise in marketing automation – Proficiency in HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce for lead flow and automation
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling, segmentation, and machine learning applications in marketing
  • Ability to present insights clearly, influence stakeholders, and drive business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the MarTech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, VWO, HighSpot) to support scalable execution
  • Streamline workflows and system integrations to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement and refine lead enrichment, scoring, compliance, and routing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Own and refine attribution models (multi-touch, first/last touch, MMM) to evaluate campaign performance and optimize spend allocation
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline impact, optimize investments, and inform strategy
  • Enable predictive analytics, database enrichment, and account-level engagement tracking to improve targeting and personalization
  • Monitor lead accuracy, ensure seamless handoff to sales, and enforce GDPR, CCPA, and internal governance policies
