Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnership strategy within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of operational excellence and scaling partnership programs
- Strong knowledge within and passion for the self care industry (ie: Hair Salons, Medspas, Spas)
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration
- Engaging presenter with strong story-telling skills and ability to craft compelling content
- Ability to travel often for in-person partner engagements and events
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience leading a team and managing direct reports
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Boulevardโs partnership strategy and deliver results through our partnership initiatives
- Target strategic partnership opportunities in the industry with brands like Aveda, Allergan, LโOreal, etc
- Establish channels of demos from existing integrated partners like Klayvio & Quickbooks, etc
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and success of partnership initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that leverage partnerships to increase the share of demos coming from partners
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, enablement material, including joint product development, co-sell campaigns, co-marketing campaigns, and customer engagements
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team in business development efforts
- Define a clear process for scaling partner programs and identifying and testing additional partnership opportunities
- Develop pipeline and sign new deals/ partnerships delivering a measurable and steady growth of new customers/ clients
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnerships and business opportunities that enhance our product offerings, market reach, and competitive positioning

- Your starting base pay for this role is between $169,750 - $242,500 + a variable commission structure, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands
