Summary

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in partnership management, business development, or a related field within the Software/SaaS or FinTech sectors
  • Startup Mentality: Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments
  • Strong Negotiation and Relationship Skills: Ability to manage and expand partnerships through effective negotiation and relationship management
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort with software integrations and working closely with technical teams to drive product enhancements and integrations. Experience with Accounts Payable / Purchasing software a plus!
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan long-term and act decisively in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and influencing others internally and externally
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve partnership goals and drive business growth
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and Oversee Partnerships: Develop a clear strategic plan for each partnership, including integration roadmaps, co-marketing campaigns, and mutual growth targets
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for partners such as Finaloop, Cin7, Crisp, and others, nurturing relationships and negotiating terms that favor both Settle and its partners
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Settle's engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align on partnership goals, technical requirements, and market launch strategies
  • Drive Technical Integrations: Oversee the technical integration of Settle's platform with partners, improving functionalities like API integrations
  • Market and Promote Collaborations: Coordinate with partner marketing teams to design and execute marketing initiatives that promote the partnership and drive user adoption and engagement
  • Measure Impact and Scale Success: Track the performance of partnerships through KPIs like customer acquisition, activation rates, and user feedback, scaling successful initiatives to maximize impact
