Summary

Promaton, a dental treatment planning automation leader since 2017, is expanding its portfolio and seeking a product leader to co-define and drive product development, manage stakeholders, and professionalize the product organization. The role requires a strong execution mindset, experience in product management, and the ability to work in complex environments.

Requirements

• Strong execution and/or results focused mindset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management roles
• Mix of startup and corporate product management experience
• Strong skills on stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a highly complex environment, experience with AI/ML products

Responsibilities

• Co-define and drive product development, product strategy and product management together with Straumann Group & Promaton on the short, medium and long term
• Stakeholder management in Straumann to align their digital product and tech organization on a more empowered product management way-of-work
• Internal professionalization (structuring product management and bringing in more processes / best-practices), and growth of the product organization
